Dear friend,
I have come to know you through orkut.... Hope u r doing well in your personal front. I am glad to introduce that I am also from your same community i.e. I am from DACE. I would like to chop some of my experience with u and also request you to display this content on your website... (Please).
I am the one of the caring friend of my group... I will always care for my friends, my community and my surrounding..... At present am not in India to care for my friends but I have contact with all of my 54 friends still now, through orkut and other ways..... I hope this describes me better...
I really appreciate your guts (only your guts)... there was no single person from the huge college DACE have guts to have an anti community towards them... I hope u have fed up lot in this regards...I really feel sorry for you... At the same time I request you not to blame others and publish some defects of a huge community.
Try to be a beginner rather to expect somebody to begin the work of removing the defects... I think you can understand... I don’t know how much you care for other but I care others life, than mine.... s this is my story....
You know our dept is the one of the first dept stood alone from the entire college. I hope u can guess it... because of my dept HOD... I never say that he is not good.... but he has got his own thoughts towards us...
U know something, he will do whatever he likes.... He has the tendency of assumption about a person through the character....yes, I have come to the point.... he will give internal marks if u are pet to him...... Yes man, I enjoyed it till my 3rd semester... (But not my friends) Even if the lecturer gives the mark he won’t accept it.... he will tell some reason and wantedly he will change the markkksssss....
All of our friends were very disappointed... not only because of the marks (as we don’t care), he forced some of the lecturers to quit from the job; even in our project he made lot of troubles..... u know something, even some of our friends were not allowed to do the projects in current... he took that as a stick yard with him and he was ruling us.......u think this will always do... no!!!!!!!!!! If???? You was been in this situation.... i hope u would have prepared a big banner and put in front of college.
The problem was smoking from the begining from some of our friends but most of them don’t cared about it......... we have got one of our lecturer going out of the college because of the reason that the HOD is not giving freedom even in putting internal marks to the students on our 2nd year....U know that lecturer is our favorite lecturer... they wont teach something from book but they will teach through their experience...... This made me burn a lot.....
I spoke with them personally in mobile and asked for the reason of quit.... They said me a lot...... all are about our HOD they said that he was wrong and not giving freedom.... what I did is.... I recorded everything in my mobile with their permission... The Lecturer has also complaint about our management that they don't provide sufficient materials for the lecturer or the HOD to plan the schedule in teaching the students..... They also said so only our HOD is like that...
As I have some record with me towards my HOD. I have been as the beginner there... I have quoted all the problems said by the lecturer and by my friends, then I drafted a complaint letter.... u know I was planning to give that letter to Chairman, Secretary, Principal and our HOD... being knowing the management flow of communication in college... I am suppose to give the letter to my HOD.... u know its very difficult to draft a complaint letter towards a person and give to himself... I played a game as he played with us.... I asked all of our friends to write every problem in one paper with different hand writing and i Represented them... I took the letter to him and then planned to give others...........
Our HOD is one of the brilliant people in the college.... I really miss him.... he has got good answers for all the questions and then he turned all of us towards the management (there are some weakness in them). we fought with the management very kindly at the same time we informed indirectly to the management that these happens because of our HOD.....That’s all the matter was finished..........The Management was brilliant brought a different character Principal and then after they took him away from the college and on his last day.....He called me and said that “I know who have done this all but I have done these all for uuuuu all guys, but u have mistaken...”
U Know y he said like that.......... he is correct in his point... u know Y???? He said that “I can’t give equal marks to all because; we have got good performing student and disobedient students....” He asked “do u expect me to put 20 marks to all...?”
(The way of speech and the words used in this paragraph was very soft as I have got another 1 semester and project Marks in his hand)
I answered him sir.... I don’t ask all students
equal or 20
marks for their performance..... I had requested you to give at least
the
minimum marks but u has not even allowed some of our friends to do the
project
itself........ We have come to this college for our studies..., We will b
here
for 2 years and you don’t know what all difficulties we have faced in
coming to
this college…. We all are not from a very rich family to take everything
easy.
I hope u want to be a great but spoil our life for your
greatnesssssssssssss..........
See friend at last what was the lose here u know ITS MY INTERNAL MARK and PROJECT MARK....... u know one thing I am suppose to get distinction in 0.5% it was my ambition but I lost it.....in our class nobody was eligible to get distinction as they had got arrear history..... They expected me but I Lost it................ I Feel every day for that............ No problem Leave it....it has helped my friends to finish the project in next semester............ I am happy about it.......... s Reallyyyyyyyyyyyyy........
Now I am proud now to be the student of DACE..... You know YYYYY. u willllllllllllll experience it after u finish this college and go....
